This page is a list of my personal best times running at various distances. I plan to write blog entries on each of these runs, which I will duly link to from this page. I’m listing these here because I want to remember where I’ve been as an athlete — not just to say “I used to be pretty good,” but because these moments were very important to me at one time. I want to create a record of those experiences. (Note: Some of these times are approximate.)
